Concerned parties may have settlement Award as per section 30 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with their consent.

Arbitration in Pending Civil Cases

Any Civil matter pending before the Civil court may be resolved by the Central Arbitral Tribunal, Jodhpur by making a fresh Arbitration Agreement and the same is also provided under section 89 of the Civil Procedure Code. Award passed by the Arbitrator is final and binding over the parties.
